We look forward to seeing HDFC shareholders at these events. HPD says they are listening to shareholder input, but they keep making the same proposal and we haven’t seen any evidence of taking seriously HDFC shareholder concerns about the unworkability and unfairness of the proposals. UPDATE: HDFC shareholders attended and again told HPD loud and clear that HPD’s proposal, and the process that went on for a year and excluded real HDFC shareholders, is not something we can support!
